Professional Video Playback Component For Delphi XE6 Firemonkey On Windows And OSX

Delphi XE6 Firemonkey FFMPEG Video Windows OSX PlayerFlash AV Software Corp. has a FFMPEG Player component for Delphi XE6 Firemonkey on Windows and OSX. The component itself is a Delphi interface and wrapper for the popular FFMPEG library. You can use this component to handle most of your video needs within your application. It supports an AES encrypted file or network stream, you can play Youtube URLs with it directly in addition to H265 and VP9 video playback. You can play up to 8 videos at the same time with this component which is pretty impressive. In addition to the different codecs supported you can also play a video from a memory stream, from an HTTP request, RTMP request, and more. It supports multiple cores so the more cores you have the smoother it runs as it supports multithreaded decoding. A variety of video filters are provided like flip, negate, drawbox, watermark, and overlay text. It supports 5.1 surround sound playback on Windows if the system supports it and there are over 50 different audio filters you can use with it. There are versions of this FFMPEG component for Android and IOS separately but what that means is you can build a truely cross platform video solution using Delphi XE6 Firemonkey and FFMPEG. This component is a commercial component but it does offer a free trial.
