Devart has some commercial data access components to access Oracle databases called ODAC. The components are for Delphi XE5 Firemonkey and work cross platform on Android, IOS, Windows, and OSX. If you need to access an Oracle database from any of these platforms this really looks like a good way to go. The component suite comes with 28 different components for things like encryption (TOraEncryptor), transactions (TOraTransaction), an SQL monitor (TOraSQLMonitor), stored procedures (TOraStoredProc), and a lot more. The components support all Oracle data types, third party visual data aware controls, advanced connection pooling, local data storage, import and export to XML, and a whole host of other features.
