There is a suite of artificial intelligence components called IntelligenceLab from Mitov Software that has been recently updated to Delphi XE6 Firemonkey. Additionally, the components now work on Android and OSX with IOS coming soon. The components also work with Delphi XE5 and Windows. This is a huge suite of components with everything from classifiers, to converters, to filters, to generators, to timing components, to training components. The artificial component suite relies on the open source OpenWire component set. Examples of the components are two neural network components with Backprop and RProp algorithms, a naive Bayesian classifier, and a Radial Basis Function Network component. These components could be used to build OCR applications, computer vision functionality, SPAM filters, decision making, speech recognition, and decision making functionality. These components are free to download and use for non commercial use but for commercial uses there is a license fee. There is a second AI component suite you can take a look at as well from a different company.
